To be fair, it's not really relevant where (for example) David West was drafted. If he was drafted no.1, it would still be a good free agent signing.

But Larry Bird's drafting has overall been very impressive.

LeBron turnovers at the end overshadowed Wade not playing like people expect him to play. He's been efficient but just not aggressive at all. With Wade being inconsistent throughout the playoffs I knew they wouldn't just blow by Indiana.

Hope we can hire Vogel to coach the Houstons. Instant contenders if we do

He's a defensive minded coach. He would do wonders for this Rockets team.

we are living in 2 different worlds.

Morey= three ball philosophy, spacing floor, run and gun, anything to appease his delusional 80yr old master. A fat nerd running numbers on his t-1244 calculator thinking he can coach.

Vogel= up and coming coach who has a system that's been proven to win similar to JVG without the B.S. A coach unvbelievably hired to coach.

don't get me wrong though, Morey can sign some cheap ass contracts in a good way. Props for that and finding some good gems in 2nd draft picks.

And how did the "Miami v. Indy" thread turn into "McHale or Vogel?"

agree with morey stuff but Mac has helped develop players. He is no coach going far though, but he is fine for now.

Sources say Wade will get a flagrant for his flying elbow but NO SUSPENSION. This is such BS. I will continue to believe that the NBA is slightly rigged. Stern doesn't want to see a Pacers-Spurs Finals...

Elbowing people in the head only gets you a flagrant foul, unless you're Metta World Peace, where then you're thrown out and suspended 7 games. :p

Is it just me, or could a stronger case be said to say that MWP's elbow on harden was more inadvertent than Wade's flying elbow on Stephenson?

    Both were clearly intentional though.

why does it matter now? The impact of a flagrant is during the game...

    ****ing NBA...

but tbh, I'm surprised George got that call in game 1 when Wade tried to defend his 3. It was a foul but we know how the NBA will protect their child at all costs and probably wouldn't have called that foul.
