Good catch. I knew the Detroit team was an anomaly.

That Lakers team was interesting. They dominated in the playoffs but not that great in the regular season. I guess they peaked at the right time.

 

If Spurs win on Saturday night; series over. If Memphis wins, we are going to seven.

Too bad it wasn't because of the rivalry, that would've been awesome. The owner still gets my respect though, Tony Parker or not, when it's full it's full. It's actually a non-story but still funny

 

Really hope Grizzlies win tonight. Would make both series interesting.

 

have faith. in the last 3 postseasons the grizzlies have either won the series in 6 or taken it to a game 7.

the good thing about the grizzlies is that once they figure you out, they can replicate it time and again. they are pretty consistent basketball team in that way.

also, how long with the spurs be able to play THIS physical and still knock down shots.

the grizzlies just need to take it 1 game at a time.

You know Memphis has come to play when...

...Tony Allen and Tayshaun Prince are making most/all their shots.

Zbo really needs to get going, love the defense of this team. Even when things arent falling they can control games. I love Gasol he's a straight up monster

 

Memphis D has been insanely good.

Memphis knows this game is a must win and they are playing like it.

 

With the exception of Arthur's 3 fouls, Memphis played the best quarter of this year's NBA playoffs.

 

The Grizzlies are hot and the Spurs are way too jumpy. It's almost as if the Spurs are on the verge of elimination and are choking under the pressure. The Grizzlies are playing very intense, active defense, but the TOs and rushed shots by the Spurs are ridiculous. They deserve to be down 16.

TP needs to have his head screwed back on.
