Where was the foul? Bull****..... But as much as i know, and i think i know-.Kobe isn't clutch... True story...
Yung-T vs. RedNation 2:2 (2:3? with VBG vote) Horry33 vs. Jamers 4:1 Jmc vs. Spooner 1:2 (2:2?) latebloomer
Still round 2. Keep voting, especially on the two undecided matchups. VBG also needs to clarify his votes, are they final.
Red N. - Offensively, I don't think Yung-T can keep up with RN. Westbrook can be slowed down by green, but Westbrook will dominate Miller, Leonard can match up against Parsons, and Matthews can match up against Green. Yung-T's front court is better, but I think Gortat can hold his own against Gasol, and what Scola lacks in athleticism he can make up with experience against the young Davis. Tizzle's bench is a bit better, but honestly the late rounds became such a crap-shoot I doubt any team's bench will make a significant impact. Horry has that go to defender to match Kobe, has good offensive backcourt with a balance of driving and shooting between Lillard and Manu, and dunking high flying bigs. Horry has the fire-power to win this. I think what it comes down to is a lack of offense outside of Kobe for Jamers, and though close I will go with Horry. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As stated earlier, Duncan will not be able to play the whole game, and when he's out you can count on huge defensive problems for Jmc. Faried/Jamison vs Dwight/Kanter and Ibaka? Good luck. JMC does have good offensive weapons surrounding Duncan, I don't think it's enough to make up for the FC disparity. Spooner also had good enough scorers in Dragic, Gallo, and Carter to stretch D. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I think the best option would be something like g Rubio g Mo Williams f Klay Thompson f Prince or Jamison c Faried and just run and gun on offense and mostly hack-a-Dwight on defense. might work in a few games. damn, would that be frustrating to watch.
I have not watched the draft, but looking at this as an outsider, I think Spooner has the best team. The frontcourt has amazing shot-blocking, a play-making point guard, and a good wing scorer in Gallinari. They also could play small with Jack at the 2. Very well built.
