OT can teach Dwight that no matter how hard you played for a team, you can be traded in a heart beat for a better player.

Might as well start a discussion and put up a poll: OT vs. Dwight. Ow I really wonder how that would go, it would probably be epic

He should come to the Rockets first before doing anything.

What's become apparent is that while Dwight can make the hook he has no "touch" so its inconsistent. He throws the ball at the rim or backboard. Same thing with the FT issues, it's a flick of the wrist with no extension or fluidity.

Hakeem's lessons don't seem to translate to Howard who would have to develop a jump shot in order to use Hakeem's abilities.

I think it is pointless to train with dream. Most big men do not have the athleticism and footwork to do those moves. I think guards would be better off since they can actually do the moves at a decent speed.

I always thought what Dwight needed is a good surgeon to put some reasonable sized balls on him...Hakeem and Otis dont train babies.

Totally, we've seen the improvements on Kobe and Lebron, both perimeter players.

Howard has decent speed and athleticism. If he would spend the time to get the footwork down, I guess he could. What he doesn't have is the shooting touch, as dachuda86 pointed out. If you don't have the touch, then the only thing you can do is to do the Shaq thing, get as close to the basket as you can.

You could probably substitute O.T for Kevin Willis and get the same results,
they were both rock solid iron men with a blue collar mentality. Thorpe ran
the floor better but Willis was a better rebounder.

And Amare. He was showing new post moves after workin with Dream. DH just doesn't have a shot, or any finesse to be able to incorporate Hakeem's moves. He's Shaq, with less skills.
