If the Spurs continue to play like they did today, this series won't last long. That was a dominating performance against a team that just beat the Thunder four games to one.

IF the Spurs continue to hit a high clip from the 3pt line this series will over in 5. Impressive W by the Spurs but then again the Spurs did the same to the Thunder last conference finals.

    the grizzlies played terrible.

I expect that tony is going to get into parker before this series is over and I don't expect that randolph and gasol are going to play this bad.

by the end of the game the spurs looked like world beaters but I am glad that the grizzlies got blown out, it leaves a bad taste in their mouth.

and the grizzlies got jacked in game 1 of the clippers series as well.

Grizz with a steaming pile of crap game. Thanks for ruining my afternoon Memphis...well, it actually wasn't too bad, I turned this crud and watched some episodes of Veep...pretty funny and much more entertaining that this Grizz crap. I guess when you run into an actual 'good' team after playing a bunch of hurt ones it slaps your ass in the face with "doh, I guess we really aren't that good...". The sooner this series is over the better. Miami and San Antonio should be good.

Are we going to ignore the sh!tty game Zach Randolph had?

How is this a plus? San Antonio aren't the young clippers. And unless you're expecting SA's 2nd best player to go down you're looking at this game going 5, 6 games tops. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a sweep.

the overreaction to every single game (sometimes half) on this board is absolutely hilarious

I just meant that 1 game is 1 game. It's not a plus that the grizzlies lost the game, but it isn't the end of the world either.

The spurs will bury you if you let them have wide open 3s all night, but the grizzlies did one better, they didn't even win the battle of the boards or points in the paint. The grizzlies didn't do anything right.

but again, it's 1 game. A sick game, to be sure. But 1 game none the less.

    Pathetic LOL.

Grizz put defensive great-Allen on Parker and he's still able to produce 20/9(shooting 64%). Parker guards Conley for most of the time he's on the floor and the great Conley who is better than we thought 'goes off' for 14/8 (while leading his team in turnovers) on 42% shooting...clearly on elite PG level. His command of the offensive while getting Randolph involved was legendary...

anybody else find it absurd that the heat-pacers series will not start until Wednesday, after the spurs-grizzlies play 2 games?

The league needs to get DWade healthy...the more time they can give him to recover the better the Heat will probably do

Randolph stunk it up today. I think he's going to go off Game 2

Randolph had a "bad" game not because he was off, the Spurs were on him like a blanket; suffocating defense.

"I can promise you this: Nobody's happy in our locker room, because we were up 2-0 (in the West finals) last year and we lost," Parker said. "It's just one game. It means nothing. We still have a long way to go.

This probably means more than anything. The spurs are not happy until they win this series, this game wont mean anything if they cant win 3 more against memphis.

one game and all of a sudden the spurs are world beater. How many times have we seen this? The grizzlies will fight back and perhaps even take game 2.

Have the Grizzlies ever beaten the Spurs in a playoff game without Shane Battier?

The sad thing is Duncan stunk it up today if you're talking about scoring...and the Griz still got spanked like a red headed step child.
