I'm still not understanding how Presti is consider overrated, because he's made and kept that team competitive. Moreover, I think they are going to make a few moves in the offseason that really makes them a much better team, next year. They are currently in possession of a possible top 9-12 pick, their own as well, along with several available options at center on the market, and they could always trade away (or use their amnesty) for Perkins.
Traded Green for an overrated sack of trash in Perkins. Traded Harden away for scraps instead of using the amnesty on Perkins. Yea overrated. He was lucky to have great talent in all those drafts.
Trading away Harden is one thing, but trading him for K-Mart (who's a free agent now), Lamb, and a draft pick is ridiculous. He got robbed...
Heh. Great job on that Harden trade Presti. Look on the bright side at least he assembled one of the "best" benches in the NBA featuring a 6,7,8 of studs like Martin, Collision, Jackson Wait.... what? Oh. Oops....
OK, I'll be nice. Assuming you had to trade Harden since he didn't want to resign, for who/what you would trade him for? Keep in mind that Wizards didn't want to trade Beal for him and Warriors Thompson, because they didn't feel he was a max player.
He didn't have to trade him He could have kept 3 top 10 caliber players on one team for another eason and probably made the finals easily That's a situation that OKC will never be in ever again. EVER. He didn't take advantage. But at least he has Bryan Adams to show for....the long haul!
He didn't have to trade Harden. He could've trade Ibaka for a package likely not much worse than the Harden package, perhaps for a young, studly defensive big on a rookie contract plus picks. He could've traded Westbrook for literally a King's Ransom and have Harden(the much lesser valued player) become the next Westbrook in terms of impact. He could've kept Harden, so that Harden's last impression isn't a horrible finals, and then extend&trade him next offseason to someone willing pay even more.
Steven Adams. Presti may never live down the Harden trade. My dream scenario is the Rockets beat the Thunder in the WCFs next season. That would be so totally awesome!

That's a very good point. However, that was a mid-first round pick. Hardly any guarantees of players that will contribute and almost certainly no franchise players.
Isn't Rolling Stones a boyband? Or AC/DC a pop ballad band? The s*** people come up with nowadays...and he's from freaking Canada that borders right next to you!
Cana-what? ::EDIT:: OK, after looking through 90s male R&B singers I'm pretty sure I was thinking of Brian McKnight. Spoiler <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/rXPfovXw2tw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Eh close enough
Can yall circle jerk about James Harden trade in 5 years when the foundation of this trade actual will be known. reminds me of the pau gasol trade: immediate overreaction.
