seasons 6-9 was basically a completely different show than seasons 1-5. the way it was filmed, the extremeness of the shenanigans.. the first 5 seasons felt real, the rest was just an unrealistic tv show.. stuff like the dwights doomsday device, david wallace selling a shop vac to the military for 20 million dollars, robert california talking jo bennet into handing over her position to him... show should have ended when jim & pam got married, if not then then when michael got holly... it just drug on too long..
so as tribute to what once used to be a great show what was your favorite scene or cold open.. mine was the cold open to "the carpet' <iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/qyXWE4cG21I" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" width="420"></iframe>
Why do you always seem pissy in posts directed to me? Is that how you just come across? The SS was a running gag throughout the show and fans were hoping it was someone we'd seen.
In it's prime, one of the best shows I've seen. I enjoyed the finale. Hadn't really watched the last couple of years but I caught the last few because it was the end. At one time I really loved this show so the characters still resonate. I'm a little surprised there wasn't more Michael but that's probably because I mostly associate the show with him. He had his goodbye already. But man, this show was on top of the world at one point. I guess in a way that show I liked was already over, but still....it's a little weird knowing there won't be anymore Office. Gonna miss it.
one of the best moments this season <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/l3LhX1X7Rh0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Great show. The last couple seasons fell short, and maybe I'm alone in this but I thought season 9 was awesome, some of my favorite office moments came this season.
Good. Serves you right for coming on a thread where you know many people are going to be posting about a show they like a great deal and just *****ting on it to be a d**k.
been watching this show for years and never knew they were supposed to be filming a documentary . Always just thought it was odd how they would talk alone
A "best" moment? Kevin's famous chili. "The secret is to undercook the onions..." (THUD. "OOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHH.......")
Completely agreed. Never got outside of the concept of the series...a very simple and nice goodbye. Well done.
