    Allah Akbar!

I guess Dwight has to leave his baby mommas at home.

    Does Kareem visit?

You might be able to find it somewhere but there was a segment on a tv show (sorry cant remember it), where he took the host around and thru his home.

Aleron, I'm thinking you're the true insider.

I will search for the show on youtube.

My dream is to build my home with my own basketbal court... full court!!! Can be converted to an indoor pool.

Now to interrupt our normal broadcast with the following

    enjoy

I don't even know where to start with how bad that roster would be, volume chuckers, scrubs, terrible locker room and body language, basically everything that would make Dwight revert to sulky Dwight.

Buss has been quoting that number since January which proves it means nothing. If Howard signs it's 100%. If he doesn't Buss is a zero.

I agree in fact it almost sounds desperate on his part. If an owner was sure he wouldn't say hes 95 % sure it would be more like , Howard will sign here im 100% sure.

The mere fact that Dwight would hesitate to take an extra $30 million dollars from LA (more than anyone else can offer him) means he is seriously contemplating going somewhere else and does not equate to 95% chance of resigning.

Didn't Lebron sign for only three years? I think the whole concept of getting long contracts are overrated for superstars, unless they're worried about getting a career ending injury or something like that.

Plus the fact Dwight has already disapproved of people saying he will resign.

My favourite parody website in the world

    Lakersground

Some one told me once that it really isn't a parody, I still have my doubts.

What got me though was, I expect there to be homerism in rating one's own players, it was homerism in rating players that they might get in 2 years that struck me.

I think some stars reach a point in their career where they've made so much money, that a championship becomes more important.

That, and if Dwight signs a 4 year with an opt out after 3, he will be 30y.o. when he signs his next contract.

If he believes he can play well enough. There's another MAX contract waiting for him in 3 years... (before the new CBA?)

    Hi Firebomb525,

Do I think Dwight is at the point of wanting a championship more than money?

Of course it doesn't mean playing for peanuts but giving up some money (in this case $30m).

I think he is at the tipping point with this contract and that's why its so important for him. He's 27 now and the next 5 years probably represent his prime and best chance to chase a ring.

Part of the reason he went to LA was to chase a ring with Kobe, Gasol, Nash and MWP. But that kind of fell apart with injuries, especially Kobe's. Now, they need some rebuilding but are hampered by being in the luxury tax.

Does Houston or somewhere else offer Dwight a better opportunity to be "happy" and chase for a ring? I think he's seriously considering it.

    We'll find out in July.
