not really. at least i didnt see the help defense aspect of it, which is also the most important part of defense imo
george's shooting is on Lin's lvl , but his D is on Lebrons lvl, so no not good to compare a SG to a SF
Can we ever just be thankful for what we have. I understand the desire to improve, but I hate all the "lusting" after other players. It is like basketball adultery. I would just like to develop our talent and bond as a team like the Spurs. I am so tired of the revolving door.
Both are different players Harden: offensive machine, can score and attack the basket at will, despite being averaging 26 points a game this year he still have a lot of development which is really scary, need a lot of improvement on defense. George; all around player, athletic, great defender, need improvement on offense. At this time I would pick harden, because I see him being a superstar in this league for a long time, plus he carried this team all by himself to the playoffs while George had a lot of help.
Glad you are not a GM. Trading Harden for Duncan who is great but wouldn't put the Rockets over the top with that trade and he is close to 40. Trading Harden for Rose a guy coming off an ACL tear would not be wise. Also Wouldn't trade Harden for Wade
Dude, Harden plays ZERO defense. His offense is good but his decision making is terrible. Right now, I'm taking George easily. George has a more all around game. Stop the homerism
I'd take Harden--no bias, honestly. I love Paul George though, the two of them? Awesome. PG24 is a very good player; excellent defense, all-around game, offensively inconsistent and just not as good as an individual scorer. He lacks a lot in that department but damn his D is amazing. He's the best on the ball defender in the L besides Lebron IMO, when it comes down putting all my eggs in one basket. He'll lock you the **** up.
All around game doesn't mean the dude is better. Guarantee you a majority, if not all the GM's would take Harden over Paul George. If you're looking for all around games, I guess you'd take Parsons over Harden...
I would expect the same by OKC fans about Westbrook, or Cleveland fans about Irving. If CP3 re-signs with the Clippers, their fans wouldn't want to trade him for Harden. And so forth. And as a Rockets fan, I will take Harden over any of them. I can easily be wrong, but I can more easily see Harden as future #3 player in NBA than any non-Lebron/Durant players.
This. Paul George should not have even made the all star team this year, just shows how sh***y the Least is.
Paul George is basically the greatest glue guy ever, he can fill just about any hole in a team, but he's not the guy you ask to go win the game.
ill take Paul George if he change his numbers to 13 lol PG13 jkay but yea Harden average 26 points and he hasnt even reach his potential yet. Same can be said for Paul George but he just doesnt have the offensive brillance that Harden has.
