Aand my heb suddenly quits carrying icon altogether, I found out after checking in with them after the first truck they received after 5/1. clearanced the couple blues the had left. Moving on!
I can honestly say that I have two favorite beers and it runs a close race. I've drank beer all across this land. I'm not a world traveler, yet I have traveled the whole country,and the best beer by a close call is FREE beer , followed by COLD beer!!!! I stand firmly by this statement,no fussing just my opinion.
Speaking of craft beer, I purchased a couple of Founder's 6-packs this afternoon at Specs downtown. Time to bust one open!
Haha I saw one founders ipa at central market today and had to scoop it... Pretty sure they just entered Texas but that's a very highly regarded brewery. Def looking forward to it.
You're right. Think you could get it on tap at the beginning of the month, but bottles in stores started in the last week or so. I grabbed the dry-hopped pale ale and all-day IPA. They had a 2nd IPA and a smoked brew (dirty b*stard?)available. I overheard a Specs employee tell another shopper Breakfast Stout was hard to find or not available.
Ya breakfast stout is their most well known offering and of course the one I want to try the most haha... Hopefully they release a few.
