    Actually,

I'm wondering if we will add one or more of

RIP, Steimsma, C.J. Miles, or DeShawn Stevenson through trade over the next few days to few weeks.

I actually like this a lot. If we strike out on Howard and Smith/Millsap, I would be happy with Granger. If he comes back healthy and strong, we'd ahve a solid veteran leader, who can do a little bit of everything.

Can we work one that would land us Paul George?

Yeah sure. While we're at it, let's work out one for Lebron.

Hmmm if we sign Dwight this would actually be really nice. I wonder how highly the Bucks value Ilyasova, though. They will need a center so that might be realistic.

I get what you mean, but I didn't expect the Thunder to deal Harden before this past season either. I don't know if the Pacers might have or might have cap issues, or if other teams might face those issues either for that matter.

Sorry for being so harsh. Paul George is one of my favs too.

Next year he gets 3.2m, year after is a team option for 4.4m.

He is a steal at those numbers. I mean he is an All Star Franchise player for the Pacers, I don't think they'll let him go.

Pacers have 48.9m in guaranteed contracts for next year, so not really in cap trouble like the Lakers.

4.4 mil is the qualifying offer, he's going to be a restricted free agent. Anyway, he's probably going to sign an extension this summer.

It would be more comparable to the Thunder trading Durant to keep salaries low. George is the Pacers most talented player.

    It is time.
    Time to go full r****d.
So how about let's just come right out of the closet and say it: We need some LeBron up in this itch.
I can smell the championship already ...

I like this but I feel like getting Henson would be a stretch because they wouldn't have anyone besides Larry sanders and asik. Henson is better suited for the 4. But I really like the trade

    Rockets In: Kevin Love
Rockets Out: D-MO, T-Rob, Jeremy Lin, Future 1st round pick

Minnesota In: D-MO, T-Rob, Ryan Anderson
    Minnesota Out: Kevin Love

New Orleans In: Jeremy Lin, Future 1st
    New Orleans Out: Ryan Anderson

Why Rockets do it: You have to give something to get something. As much as I like Lin (not to mention we invested a lot for him to start for us), we showed flashes of playing well without him in the playoffs, and despite Love being hurt, he is a guy that can take us to the next level.

Why Minny does it: Minny seems like they are building around Rubio. They get a PF that can come in and play really well right now, and if everyone is healthy, can sneak into the playoffs. They also get two high potential replacements if he isn't their solution for the future. They will however insist on draft picks as well, which I'm sure we can include somehow.

Why New Orleans does it: They can slide Anthony Davis to the PF position in the starting lineup (I feel this is his natural position). They also get a capable point guard to put butts in the seats, as well as a draft pick for their rebuilding effort.

Theres no way Minny or NO does that. Minny wouldn't give up Love unless they receive comparable value. And NO already has a PG in Vazquez so they wouldn't need Lin

The best trade for KLove would probably involve going to NO and getting Gordon involved in going to Minny in a 3-way trade. Something like TJones and future pick to N.O. Asik, future pick, DMO and Gordon to Minny. KLove to Houston. Ridnour to N.O. $3 million from Houston to N.O.

We need to get Dwight and s/t for josh smith

But in that order ( obviously)

Give atl Asik and whoever else they want that's not named parsons or harden( and I really don't think houston is giving up on Lin, so most likely not LIN either)

Seems like a tall order, but I hope Morey comes through.

If not, I would like a PF( duh)

AND another legit SF( defensive minded) to have parsons come off the bench and lead the 2nd unit.. 6th man of the year
