    I'm always disappointed watching movie adaptations of great books.

    The ONLY exception I can think of is LOTR.

    Yeah, we got assigned this book for summer reading, but honestly I have no clue why? The teachers talked about how it was a totalitarian government or something, but that was probably one of the more minor plots.
