The Lineup just got released tonight:

3 Day GA passes go on sale at 10am today (May 7)

They're having two weekends this year: October 4-6 and the following weekend, October 11-13

I'm especially looking forward to Depeche Mode, The Cure, Silversun Pickups, Pinback, Purity Ring, and Cherub (saw them earlier this year at Antone's, put on a great show)

I love most of these bands that are playing, but I'm just not into seeing 30-45 minute sets.

    Plus, ****'s expensive.

    Pass.

Ever since Kanye and Coldplay played at ACL a couple years ago the set lists has been disappointing.

this is the best line-up they've had in years, maybe ever. so many good names. 15 of the top 21 names interest me. And there's still a lot in the bottom

Yeah, definitely seems like a good lineup to me.

Bigtexxx please explain the origins of Atoms for Peace and whether or not Purity Ring is a Canadian duo of a DJ who likes Solja Boy and a girl who likes to sing about chewing body parts.

I like a ton of the upper middle-class bands on that list. Glad people still like Wilco. So... the 80's made a comeback?

Any idea which bands play on which weekend? Most people probably won't be able to make both weekends so it'd be nice to have an idea.

Would LOVE to see Wilco and the Cure. DM just sucks now and if they fill their set with new music from the new album, it would just suck harder like Swoly's mom.

The Cure. Enough said. Guess I'll have to skip Christmas his year.

All play on both weekends...a la Coachella.

I've never been a big Depeche Mode fan and I despise The Cure. All of the bands that I'd want to see, I've seen multiple times at ACL. I've been to all 11 so far. Unless something drastic changes, I won't be making a 12th. With tickets and everything else, I just don't feel like dropping $1k for it again.

Depeche Mode, The Cure, Muse, Kaskade, Kings of Leon, Franz Ferdinand, Lionel Ritchie (lol!)...

    Pretty solid.

It's not until October. You have nearly 7 months to rest between SXSW and ACL.

I'll get off your lawn now.
