it looked like people left before the 4th qtr was done; that first OT looked pretty sparse. people must have gotten some tweets to come back.

They cut the lead in half to 8 with over 2 1/2 minutes left and then tied it up with less than a minute to go. If idiot Richard Jefferson had made just 1 of those 2 free throws, the blown 16-point lead would've been a non-issue. What a choke job!

GS has lost both game 1's due to game winners. Thats demoralizing.

If Curry, Thompson and Barnes continue hitting 3's though, I don't see how they can be stopped.

Coach Pop will adjust. I predict the next game to be a blowout by the Spurs.

when i turned the game on, the warriors were up 102-88. the warriors scored then utterly collapsed. i didn't see the first 2 minutes of OT and turned it on with the warriors up 3. they barely held on for double OT. i got ready for bed and turned it back on and there were 3.4 seconds left and the spurs hit a game-winner with a guy who should never ever be left open. i think i watched 8 minutes of game time and the spurs outscored gsw by 20 points in that time. i have no idea what happened in the other 50 minutes to let the warriors win that time by 18 because i don't think i saw a single good offensive possession by them in that 8 minutes. just dribbling and extremely difficult shots.

also, i knew a player like jefferson would miss those 2 free throws after getting fouled on the fastbreak with 2 minutes to go. you knew he'd keep the comeback going for the spurs.

Yes sir and hopefully Curry learns to make better decisions in crunch time.

Epic choke job by the Warriors. They learned absolutely NOTHING about how to finish games against the Nuggets. If Harden had flamed out like this and the Rockets had blown the same lead, some people would be ready to burn him in effigy.

Somebody tell me what happened to Danny Green when he left the Cavs for the Spurs. I know Pop is great, but how does a player go from borderline worthless to such a key contributor on a contender?

You really can't even begin to explain what happened for the folks asking what happened.

Sure you can. The Warriors started dribbling out the clock and jacking up horrible shots. The Spurs ran down and scored at will. 4 1/2 minutes is an eternity in an NBA game. If I recall, the Rockets erased that 15 point lead by the Thunder in Game 2 and went up by 4 in about the same timeframe.

Spurs system is like D'antoni's on offense. anyone who can shoot 3s and defend will do well in spot minutes in Pop's system.

I believe Houston is absolved of the Choke City label.

Blowing a 16-pt lead with 3:57 left is inexcusable.

That was deserved at the time though. A little over a year after Buffalo, and the Rockets go out and blow an 18-point lead in Game 1 and then a 20-point 4th quarter lead in Game 2, both at home?

I don't know why so many people like Kenny. He always strikes me as a phony trying to suckup to Barkley.

Danny green actually plays defense, he doesn't only shoot 3s. Hard work pays off you know.

No matter how stupid he sounds, Mark Jackson will totally deny Curry was fatigued in the 4th quarter and both OTs because of his decision not to rest him.
