After sitting out saeson & playoffs when doctors have cleared him to play Rose chose to sit. Crazy question If the Bulls shock the world and beat Miami then make it to the Finals does Rose deserve the opportunity to play in that series?
not only he deserves it, he earned it. You probably forget that he got injured playing for this team, and hi has worked his ass off to recover. So if he decides he can play... he should do it. He is part of the team, and the team would need him. But of course chicago dosent stand a chance against miami, but i can c them snatching a game or 2.
I just think it would be almost an Asterisk situation for Rose. Rose was cleared 2 months ago by doctors then steps in to log minutes in the Finals. Weirdly it would seam unearned in a way to me.
the fact that he got cleared dosent mean he should play, If he dosent feel comfortable. But if they get to the finals, even if he dosent like it, the presure to play will probably force him to do it.
No this is the series that he should feel forced to play as they are playing the likely eventual champions right now. They say he is and has been going hard in practice, which makes it hard to believe that he can't give them some minutes. Especially with Noah out there playing hurt. I think he is basically scared of looking bad out there in the playoffs.
Doesn't matter. He's overrated and him getting MVP was absolut nonsense. He should thank Thibodeu for his MVP. He was shooting below 45% for his past 2 seasons and below %40 in '11 playoffs. not impressed.
Tmac did the same thing with Houston, but Tmac was actually injured and needed microfracture surgery the whole time.
I personally don't think Rose should come back. I acknowledge though that if Heat aren't in the East, Rose would've come back a long time ago. His older brother just needs to keep his mouth shut because he just made things worse.
IF the Bulls go to the finals without Rose, then that means they don't need Rose and they could just send him here.
You do realize that there is a better chance for the Chicago Cubs to win the world series this year than the Chicago Bulls beating the Miami Heat in a 7-game series, right?
He doesn't feel comfortable? If his knee is healed he SHOULD be playing. What does comfort have to do with it? He's the franchise player who isn't even injured anymore. It's that simple. What's the worst that happens if he goes out there?
Not really. The Cubs have a .1% chance of making the playoffs, let alone a WS, so it's either the same or better for the Bulls. Nice try with that analogy though, but you completely botched it.
