Agreed. He's too old. Nobody on the Grizzlies can lock KD up individually. But what OKC has a habit of doing is wasting 15-20 seconds on the shot clock trying to get KD the ball when defenses deny him. Grizzlies will figure that out and force other guys to beat them.

The thunder played well against both randolph and gasol the last minute of the game, I also sort of feel that the grizzlies didn't play hungry enough in the game.

And when Mike Conley plays bad the grizzlies usually lose and that's what happened today. Mike's got to figure out how to get Ibaka and Perkins in no man's land and then either take the shot or dish.

    Definitely agreed with the bolded.

Grizz looked like the same mindset they had in game 1 against the Clips where they were blown out.

Hollins and team better work on game film.

Prince didn't play well during the first round against the Clippers and was horrible today. Of course you can't stop KD, but Prince didn't even really provide any resistance. Its as if he wasn't even there as Durant basically had his way. Hollins should have taken out Prince and put in Tony Allen on Durant to contain him. Also, Memphis shot around 50% for from the ft line. If they hit their fts, they would have won...even still they should have won. With all that said, I still like Memphis in 6.

The other point I'll make is that the grizzlies seem like they are too nice to make a deep run in the playoffs. Everybody on the grizzlies are happy go lucky players. It almost feels like the grizzlies play better when everyone doubts them than when they are the favorites because that gives them an edge.

When everybody thinks they should win, they play too nice.

Can't argue with that. But I thought a championship is all that matters. That's not gonna happen with mental midgets that can't man up when the pressure's on.

I voted Grizz in six, then I looked at the poll results. Somewhat surprised that I was the majority opinion. The Thunder didn't really look good against the Rockets except the first game. There is something missing this year besides Westbrook. I think Memphis is going to make every game close. The Thunder were lucky today, but their luck is about to run out.

he's a rookie and hollins doesn't trust him. i mean, even ed davis and austin daye are struggling to get minutes in the playoffs.

this could also go back to 2 years ago, if you can believe that. 2 years ago, in the triple overtime thriller, when harden makes that 3, it was grevis vasquez who hollins blamed for it. hollins even said that he kept footage of that play on his phone as a reminder, months later.

since, then hollins don't take kindly to rookies in general. but the hope is that wroten will earn minutes next year because he's got talent, but I think hollins is just more comfortable playing with the guys that got him there(plus prince).

Anyone else think the Grizzlies are making it to the finals? Despite the loss today I see them taking out OKC and then the Spurs.

The go-ahead possession from a different camera angle.

I think Tayshaun Prince thought he was a spectator out there instead of a defender. That play along with a few others he made...that one-handed runner towards the end, which had no chance of going in with plenty of time left on the shot clock and then with a minute left and the Griz leading, Prince decides he's going to let the ball roll from the back court all the way to the front without touching it...wtf. He's one of their weak links.

Even if OKC wins the series, their form of basketball is not sustainable. It's like NY with MeloVision. KD can pull all the theatrics he wants to, but until someone really fills the void of Westbrook it's not going to be pretty for them. This OKC team should have steamrolled us, they should have steamrolled this Memphis team too.

The Heat play sustainable basketball, and they are looking at this footage and thinking... no, they know that they will coast to another ring. Oh well, I hate both teams...

I will never understand why they run any plays for Perkins.
