Indeed, thanks Garcia for showing up on defense, hitting them shots and standing up for your teammates and playing with fire when the rest of our team decides to be scared little babies!

Also, when he was that hot, how in the world did we not run a play for him on that last possession?? Feeding the hot hand seem logical but is something the Rockets haven't done much of all year long. Harden's not being a leader so give me Garcia in the clutch from now on.

Ive actually been very impressed with Cisco Garcia this year and what he's brought to this team. I almost would rather keep him next year over Delfino, but there is no way his team option is picked up this Summer. Delfino's contract is most likely going to be back unless they need his salary to trade, or off the books for a free agent signing.

Regardless.... Thank you Francisco for being a genuine pro this year, and playing your butt off when you know you aren't coming back next year. Hopefully you end up with a good team next year and can compete for a title(with a team in the East).

If coach wasn't fool, he should start Garcia on tonight game and play him heavily minutes guarding Durant.

I thought Garcia was just a throw in- in the Thomas Robinson trade-

He has been HUGE! An extra body to throw at Durant and a knockdown 3 point shooter.

I always hated that guy in Sacramento. Loving what I am seeing from him. Hope we can bring him back on the cheap. Rather Garcia than Delfino.

Watching this, i get the feeling Morey might have wanted him to lessen the load of Harden down the stretch, but Mchale had other ideas, lol

yeah, imagine benching the most experienced guy in game 1? everyone on the team looked nervous as hell and the veteran leadership could have calmed things down.

Cisco can contribute even when playing heavy minutes because he plays smart both on offense and defense. no need to balance out his minutes like brooks and beverley who have to be in and out to maximize their spurts and maintain their high energy play.

That trade netted us Garcia and Brooks before the deadline (because of Douglas). We desperately need a backup PG and Cisco has been outstanding.

It's amazing to think that in his 9 seasons before this one, he has only played 41 MINUTES IN THE PLAYOFFS.

IF what you say is true, that is nuts. Cicso is definitely thankful to be playing on the rockets and showing veteran leadership out there. Him bodying up durant on D just makes it sweeter.
