I can vouch for RRG. When my wife and I were looking he gave me her info. The wife just decided to use a friend, otherwise I would have chosen her.
Just bought my first house with her as my agent a couple weeks ago. It was a long process (we first looked back in October!) and I had questions pretty much every day. I would recommend her. I've had other agents before but they were not as well informed and were too pushy.
Let me know how it goes...Everything is expensive in downtown, midtown, etc...overpriced even to rent...
