A lot of things would have to go right. We would have to survive the refs. Harden would have to snap out of it. Lin would have to get healthy. The shots would have to fall.

    It could happen.

I know that Thunder will adjust, but if Morey throws another curve ball again to add variance (Like Lin coming off the bench out of no where). Then I wouldn't be surprised if we upset them.

i wouldnt bet on it but if we do, that would make this amazing season historically good...without westbrook, the thunder arent that great (never thought id say this) look at how simple their offense is, if durants on fire theyre good, but look at that second half...it should be required viewing for all coaches on why iso-ball is not good over extended periods of time...and once we got more aggressive and denied durant the ball, they couldnt get anything going

all that being said, durant is good enough to go off for like 45 one game, so i dont think were gonna win it, but then again he IS logging a lot of minutes

If we can keep Durant below 30 every game we win the series. Probably not but .... there's a chance!

OKC still has not learned how to play 48 minutes without Westbrook. They are likely to advance, but they will be dead meat to whoever they play (San Antonio, Clippers or Memphis). They are just not very formidable without Westbrook.

According to LOF, lin is going to come back and single handedly win us the series with one arm and fulfill the prophecy foretold by the oracle...he is the one.

It has to be true, the oracle told parsons that he would fall in love, and that the person he fell in love with would be the one!

The series should be at least tied. We played pathetic down the stretch again or should I say Harden stunk up the floor down the stretch. And we still managed a win. If the Rockets can beat OKC in OKC then everything is possible.

If they win again then I believe.

    Assume
Win them at OKC = 20%
Win them at home = 50%

so the chance should be around
    0.2*0.2*0.5

    =2%

I would say yes if we won game 3, but down 3-1...! I don't think it's going to happen

Given the team play so bad at many times, they are still so close to winning.

If you think back, we could be 3-1 lead right now.

My point is OKC is not really that good this year imo, and the Clippers or Memphis would easily win the series in the 2nd round.

why not, we have capable starters and rotation players.

as long as the team is focused and play as a team, we could stretch it all the way....

Very difficult but possible. Westbrook is out, Lin will be back. He will have no pressure, the only way to go is up~~!!! Gotta be healthy though.

If Lin plays and is assertive and productive = yes. If not, then no. But they could still take it to 6 or 7 games no matter what

If we came back from 0-3, we will have Clutch City again.

We have a shot, but it's extremely unlikely. There needs to be a turning point in a series that allowed momentum to shift dramatically after one team goes up 3-0. Obviously Westbrook being injured would qualify. Parsons getting some confidence and upping his game also helps.

We've been in the last 3 games late, so it's not inconceivable that we could win three more. There's no way I would put money on it, but I told my wife before the game that the Rockets could pull out the miracle against the Thieves. This is not the Heat and Bucks, Knicks and Celtics, or Lakers and Spurs.

Game 5 will be a war. The Thieves will be looking to finish this series, Durant will be aggressive, role players will feel more comfortable in front of the home crowd, and the hicks will be yelling louder than when they tip cows. Beverly will feel right at home after playing overseas, but I'm curious how the rest of our team reacts to that kind of environment.

I'm curious if the Rockets take game 5 how the the OKC role players will react. Durant, Fisher, and Perkins won't be phased, but what about the rest of the team. I also like the ability of our front office\coaching staff to make adjustments as the series goes on a lot more than I do for Scott Brooks.

All that being said, I think OKC will take game 5, but I can dream. Right?

OKC doesn't have anyone who can run the offense.

As long as we attack them like we did in game 4, we can extend the series.

It's up to Beverly. He knows what he needs to do.
