Isnt the whole point of this whole gay movement thing to get ppl to the point where they just say "whatever" when they find out someones gay? You cant have it both ways. What other way should we treat it? With a big party? How do you expect people to treat them normal and then insist on a loom at me attitude when someone comes out? Pick one or the other and stop crapping on people who dont know what is the appropriate way du jour to think about homosexuals.
Fascinating story because he has a twin brother who was completely unaware of his brothers sexuality, I thought most twins had an innate bond that made secrets like this impossible. I wouldn't have come out if I still had years left in my NBA playing career because many NBA players have not taken kindly to gay players. Collins may never play in the NBA again both because he came out and because he was at the tail end of his career but I admire his courage in coming out and sharing his story.
FWIW, Greg Smith has a girlfriend and a kid with her. Good read. Collins did a good job of covering questions people may have.
What are you talking about? What's with the conclusions? You are aware this may help current and future NBA players, athletes, etc, who are gay to not hide in fear in the future, right? That's at least one segment who cares - to answer 'who cares?' So I questioned if people really didn't know the multiple reasons why others would care. Unless posting 'who cares?' is for another reason.
It's completely dominating svp so far- first entire segment dedicated to it, & he asks every guest for their take on it.
I'm guessing people post "who cares" because they couldnt care less what someone is doing in the bedroom. I kinda assume that this is the endgame for the gay movement.
Good news. I predict this will prove how overblown gay discrimination is. Everyone will just shrug. Newsflash, no one cares what gender you are attracted to.
