And what's more likely, right? Media in caffeine-fueled rush to get new content to the screen makes a mistake... or Government plotting a careful conspiracy decides to use a stock photo of a woman multiple times in different false flag operations, just to leave a tiny clue for cunning internet sleuths. Yeee-ahhhhhh...
The police negotiated with him for 20-30 minutes. We don't know when that picture was taken. ALSO you can't see his neck! There IS blood there in all probability. You're reaching.
and still no video corroboration to this story, only an ominous screen grab. FALSE FLAG they were saying the principal who replaced the dead woman from Sandy Hook was present. likely showed her picture when they referenced her. I'M JUST SAYING PEOPLE ARE SPECULATING
How can you gather he had no neck wound from that pic? He's holding his head down - probably because of his neck wound. And do you have the other pic you've referenced with blood gushing from him and a tube sticking from his neck?
Does anyone else think it's strange that Justin Bieber was touring in Boston around the time of the bombings? Can anyone prove that he wasn't behind all of this? I'm just asking questions guys.
Thanks. Your subsequent pictures definitely illustrate his bloodied state when he was taken into custody. To me though, the picture above is very inconclusive of anything because it is so grainy. You can't tell if there is or isn't blood on him, and you can't tell if there is or isn't blood on the boat. I think using these few pictures might be a bit flimsy as a basis for alleging foul play.
Considering his recent disparaging comments about Anne Frank, it wouldn't surprise me in the least bit.
Whats the issue, that the dogs were there to begin with or that they didnt detect the bombs? I don't see anything wrong with the dogs being there, seeing how it was such a big and important event. As for them not finding the bombs. They were pressure cookers with bearings and BBs. Not sure what else there was in there, but it doesn't sound like it was composed of traditional explosives that dogs are trained to catch. Plus, these guys were on the move. Dogs are good, but do you really expect them to pinpoint a moving explosive, inside a pressure cooker that's inside a back pack, that quickly? That's the risk involved when you have events like this. There's no entrance to funnel people in through and search them one by one. All you can do is search the grounds before the event and keep an eye open during it. That's always going to leave a good chance of failure because they can't watch every single person every second. The police capt (i think that's his title) said they never gave an all clear. That had more to do with the media using a general term to say residents could come out. The capt said they said residents should still be extremely careful and vigilant. I remember reading one report that said they searched the boat before, but i never read that again. At the same time, there was also a report that said they only searched homes. Not sure which one is right, as the latter would imply yards weren't searched. Since the boat wasn't inside their perimeter anyway, i'm thinking the first report was inaccurate. Maybe there was another boat in another yard within the perimeter? I don't get what you mean by "6 hours after they abandoned the search." What search, exactly? From what i understand, after they got in a shootout with both suspects and the younger one drove off, he jumped off the vehicle soon after, and thats when they immediately ordered the 20 block perimeter. Then, they proceeded to search every house inside the perimeter, which took several hours and turned up nothing. Seems logical to set it up. The capt reasoned that initially they didn't have as many officers on scene, so their perimeter wasn't as secure as it was later, as more officers came in, so the suspect may have slipped past it very early. I'm not sure what went on outside the perimeter though or how many officers they had initially. Definitely seems like a miscalculation, maybe they underestimated the suspect (i believe he's said to be a good athlete) or maybe they overestimated his injuries. As for the 9000 officers, I'm guessing the media mentioned that number and that's what sticks out, but that was probably the final number present, not throughout the whole search/chase. If i didn't bomb anyone or anything, i dont run from the police and shoot it out with them. They are guilty of that, at least. Plus, residents saw the pressure cooker they threw at police. Seems like one hell of a coincidence, that they'd have one... There's no pictures of the suspect "climbing" out of the boat. There's a picture of him sitting at the edge of the boat. Just by watching COPS you have an idea of how police would handle similar situations. You force them out of where they are hiding as much as possible and then take them down once they seem to be clear of weapons. No cop is going to jump in there with a possible suicide bomber. As long as hes alive and able to move, you order him out enough to see his whole body. Right after they caught him, the media asked if he walked to them and they reported he was taken down almost immediately. My guess is they pulled him off the edge, right after that picture was taken. They probably did rough him up when they took him down and if the suspect was already bleeding with open wounds, that rush would cause more bleeding and possibly put him in worse shape, so i guess one could question that, but again, what do you expect, for them to lay out a bed for him? And i can't believe people are doubting whether the boat owner saw blood or not, while he stood right in front of the boat, based on an aerial picture. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt on that one.
There are many exceptions to the warrant requirement, generally falling under the overarching policy purpose of "public safety" - Officers may exercise their discretion upon using these exceptions. Specifically here, they were most likely exercising their "exigent circumstances" exception. However, any evidence discovered as a result of these warrantless intrusions may not be admitted at trial depending on the facts. Ref: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fourth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution#Exigent_circumstance The funniest thing I realized after going to law school is the idea that an individuals rights > the government's collective right is sadly a distorted and misleading concept. After digging through enough criminal law, you begin to realize soon enough that the government can usually justify most anything, so long as they have a "public safety" reason. This is the underlying basis behind the expansion in recent years of government surveillance, wiretapping, patriot act, etc and encroachments onto private individual liberties. Unfortunately, we move further and further away from individual freedoms to a tyranny of the majority. In this case, the majority will use "safety" for the overall public as their strawman.
