how many FT attempts? how many turnovers? It wasn't just the shot attempts. Counting the FTs + turnovers, he basically single-handedly controlled 52 possessions by himself.
ha! to be fair though, if he was Durant he'd be 10-30 with 10 more free throws. Melo always getting contact when he takes it inside.
It's a disgrace to put Melo in Durant's class. Durant would pull himself out of the game if he was that bad.
If only Melo's head matched his talent. Unfortunately, there is a huge gap, even after 10 years in the NBA. The guy just doesn't get it and never will.
All those people who were crying about Courtney Lee being so good can now come to the sober realization that he's been benched and TWill has moved up in the rotation and is getting mins over him. I can't blame Doc Rivers. Lee did nothing the first three games of the series, but he usually shrinks when the stage gets bigger...see the 2009 NBA Finals.
Giving Melo and J.R. Smith carte blanche to shoot is always hilarious to watch when their shots aren't falling.
