    They never banned the foul. Stop being silly. They removed FT attempts from it, but OKC is in the bonus.

    Refs are helping control the physicality and emotions by calling it tight.

    I'd say they're calling it smart and fair. It's our poor defense that leads us to fouling a lot.

    I doubt KD can last a game or series (next series up) playing heavy minutes as a point-forward.

    If you defend with your feet instead of your hands, you won't be vulnerable to that foul.

    Watch a guy like Tim Duncan...he pull that play on people all the time and he NEVER gets caught by it on the other end because he uses his footwork, not handchecking. People try. Howard (I think) tried in game 2 and Duncan's hands were clear.
