The Draft Tracker on NFL.com reflects just that (their pick plus compensatory and then the Rams's two 6's)... so it looks like it.
Wow four six rounders? TE, CB, QB & ILB just for good measure. Is Porter from A&M still on the board?
The good news: Four 6th-round picks. The bad news : Mondek, Smith, Holliday, Barber, Studdard

#Texans 6th-rd picks under Rick Smith: Nick Mondek, Shelley Smith, Trindon Holliday, Brice McCain, Dom Barber, Kasey Studdard #NFLDraft
— Nick Scurfield (@NickScurfield) April 27, 2013

Rick Smith has made at least 1 draft-day trade in all but 1 draft since taking over in 2007. Unless they think the guy can play, there's no need to draft an ILB at this point. Cushing/Reed/Dobbins/Sharpton is good enough. I'm hoping for high upside guys, but I'm realistic. It's the 6th round. I'm still hoping for QB Matt Scott. I don't see him drafted yet.
A kicker in the 6th or 7th round? I read in NFL.com this guy Dustin Hopkins went to Clear Lake High School. and it seems he is great in kickoffs: Excellent strength and height on kickoffs, times well over 4.0 seconds consistently and gets the ball to the middle or front part of the end zone even with nice trajectory. A potential special teams weapon.
Our special team is so horrible that you might as well waste one more roster spot. Remember, Joe can't really control the kickers/punter, so might as well upgrade when we can.
I thought Bullock was drafted for his strong leg and isn't that the reason we signed future HOF punter Shane Lechler?
