I was hoping to hear Cordarelle Patterson but I understand the Texans choices are very driven by character and work ethic. I've learned to trust the Texans draft board after the JJ Watt pick, and have no doubt DeAndre Hopkins will be a fine addition to the team.

The Texans finally got their #2 for AJ80.

Watched a bunch of his games at Clemson the last 2 years. Texans fans should be very happy. This was a slam-dunk pick.

Don't underestimate his upside. He will become an impact player.

He's going to be a stud. Having great hands is so important in the NFL. If he gets any kind of seperation (or has to jump for the ball), he's going to come down with it. I didn't want Patterson due to his rawness, and poor route running.

So can Hopkins be a poor man's Fitzgerald type receiver? Catch everything thrown at him? Red Zone threat?

Mike Mayok liked the pick so much he was willing to have sexual relations with the table to prove it.

    Love the pick.

If Posey can return to any of the promise he was starting to show, our receivers are gonna be looking good.

Hopkins landed in probably the best situation he possibly could have. A chance to start opposite on of the best wide receivers to play the game in recent memory, with the potential to take over for him.

Lastly, watching that Sports Science video, Hopkins will only need to react within double the time they were giving him because of who is throwing him the ball.

    I kid, I kid.

    Just for discussion

Was no one willing to trade up for Geno? I guess not because Dallas certainly could have traded down.

Would anybody else have the Texans pull the trigger for Floyd?
