Kendrick Perkins pulled out a gun and shot Chandler Parsons.

Such a frustrating end but I am definitely encouraged. Could have and should have won this game. Hopefully we can make this a series at Toyota Center...

Surely at least a game's suspension pending?

Agreed. I just went through and added everyone to my ignore list. Makes it so much easier when Clutch does the work for you. I just wish the ignore list could have one click access.

frustrating to here inside the NBA talk about the Rockets when they obviously only watched the last game of the season against the Lakers. Barkley saying McHale got the idea to go small from GSW is slap in the face for Mchale; hes been going small all season. Kenny saying the small ball didn't really work is stupid too because it worked for 3.5 qtrs.

Only one poster wasn't already on my ignore list. Hate to think what the game thread is like for people who don't have anyone blocked.

As I've put in another thread, the key is to PnR OKC to death. We've got 2 or 3 of the best players to do PnR. Continue to do it. It might not be as effective as we've thought it would be but certainly is more appealing than ISOs. It will also tire out the team on defense more than ISOs. WB or KD fighting through picks is just too tiring for any player. Try going through Asik and you'll know what I mean. :)

I could only activated my account today because of email problems.

I've watched every rockets game this year and think that watching the game and reading the CF game thread is so much fun because I feel connected to rockets fans all over the world! The only thing that spoils it are the idiot posters, they are really unbearable sometimes like the 2nd half of this game.

Next game will be the first time I can enjoy this experience with my BLOCK LIST in full effect!

Patrick Beverley's defense reminds me of Gary Payton's.

I am really proud of this team and surprised McHale and our team was able to adjust this well. Rockets too OKC out of their rhythm but just couldn't execute enough on offense. Still too much iso plays, shots early in the shot clock, too many threes and just indecision at times to win this game. Beverley was the man today and if wasn't for those questionable calls where he got his 4th and AB came in, we might not have had those 3 quick TOs. Also the referees gave OKC benefit of a lot of calls and some crucial ones they missed or didn't go our way. Dan Crawford was indeed the only one who tried to make it fair.

For us to win game 3, the key is ball movement which was great at times so sustaining that. Another one is Asik has to aggressive the whole game and Harden really needs to do something on defense. He just refuses to take charges and he could've taken at least 1 on a clear WB drive to the whole. Also there needs to be some plays called for Garcia because the only reason he wasn't effective was because he wasn't getting screens set or the ball in the position where he could score. Parsons was very good, but like Harden they need to be more aware of rim protection. Then again, if Asik can't catch a freaking pass, the only thing you can do is go for the layup.

We deserved to win this game and it would've been a real surprise that we could make this a real tough series.

Beverly was deffinently a game changer last night... But I have my doubts about him sustaining it as a starter. He seems like a perfect spark player off the bench for a contender!

Also, Perkins should strait up be embarrassed! What kind off person openly cheats like that!? Hope he's held accountable for that BS!

Is there any video of the post game stuff? I didn't get a chance to see any of it.

Asik is not athletic enough when competing against these young, elite teams. He's so stiff.

Unfortunately, Inside the NBA has gone from a show with informative analysis to a say-anything-for-laughs-and-ratings dribble fest. Similar to how ESPN got too big for itself and did the same thing.

The boys are fine. They are learning "on the go" this year. No classroom. No strick rules. No history. All they have is each other.

    And they're in the playoffs.

    Really, who's complaining?

Game 3 will be even more interesting.

    GO ROCKETS!!!!

Beverly is growing to be for the Rockets what Ibaka is for the Thunder. They don't fill the same positional role, but they are both game changers that aren't the stars of focus of their team.

Ibaka's defense has been killing us. Beverly has been disrupting OKC's game plan. I that spurt where Beverly had to be on the bench because of fouls and Lin being out hurt the team. We came so damn close.

I hope the third try is the charm and we figure it out for next game.
