I think Parsons should model his game after Shawn Marion's game.

Is it his fault that everyone on the team keeps missing when he passes it?

Yes... lets hate on our 24 year old 2nd year player who just played in his second playoff game in his career.

the 0 assist is a little unusual, but he hasn't got to the line all season. He averaged 2 ft's a game.

Saying he's better than what he is showing is hating?

Im not concerned with him playing inconsistently, I know he's almost a rook. However, he is smart enough to not have two back to back games like that.

Our whole team is basically second year players. That does not give them a free pass to not make any adjustments.

Parsons has been our best player in half the games.

Chandler has also been our best player in a number of games. 6'10" length, agile, mobile, and can now shoot? Are you ****ing kidding me? We need to continue to develop his ass!!!

his assists come from rotation on the perimeter, if we don't hit 3's, he doesn't get assists.

It's the other 2 guys who do the drive and kick thing

he's been attacking the rim soft......missing about a dozen layups in game 2 alone......i wondered in about half of those why he didn't elevate and go for the dunk, at least try to get to the line

I noticed that too. That's really the one area he can improve IMO - finishing. I still love him as a player though. The 0 assists is just an anomaly IMO. Maybe his defensive assignments are impacting his offensive game?

No one but Harden and Delfino has playoff experience. Give him time. He's the guy that hit the 30 footer against the Lakers.

I think the refs are mesmerized by Parson's feature.

Did any of you basketball experts notice the fantastic defense he played on Durant?

How are there so many people hating on Chandler on this board (Not OP)? Seriously he has been one of our better players all season long and in this series we are playing the NUMBER ONE team in the WEST and having him guard possibly the best offensive player the league has seen in many years and doing a great job at that too.

I want and hope they Rockets play well too, but some of the expectations on this board are unreal.

Parsons and Harden have single handedly shot the Rockets out of both games.

Harden 9 for 24, and before that was 6 for 19

You can't win when your 2 leading shot chuckers are shooting bad percentages and not drawing fouls (in Parson's case)

This playoff experience will CP in future games. He will be better next year. He improved this year, and playing with Harden he will continue to improve. Every good 3 point shooter I have ever seen has bricked a lot of 3's. Give the Kid a brake.

He should be benched. 7-23 FG in 40 mins just in Game 2. come on now. its Coach's fault. if he is shooting this poorly y not put someone else in and give that mins to someone who can be scoring. such as Smith.
