Enjoy it while you can man because when you get to college the real world is gonna hit you like a god damn haymaker. Its weird when I think about my prom, seems like ages ago. I had a blast too
l was voted prom queen, and then the night ended with me in tears because of boy I had been pining over for the previous 2 years. It was the most movie-like night of my life, minus the happy ending
You know that "713 can't get sum" thread that pic is in is pretty easy to find here, right? Anyways, it was a misplaced joke that popped in my head when LosLamosHermana put a comparison pic of Asik and the suspect. My bad bruh. At least you posted your own pics this time lol.
Damn, it seems like most of ya'll had depressing ass proms. Wow.... The actual dance was ****ty compared to the other formal dances we had. The after-prom was pretty tight. Our school had a lock-in at Dave and Busters. If you went in, then you could not leave until five in the morning. Everyone was pretty much just dead tired by the end though. Man, high school was some good times.
i emigrated last semester of my junior year...got asked to prom @ a HS i didn't attend (she met me at Jaques Dessange & asked me). I was unfamiliar with the protocol (showed up w/out flowers/corsage...and downhill it went). For prom i had my hands tied...late junior year, i tried to sneak out a Betty from my school...she broke her back jumping down from her 2nd floor bedroom - most uncomfortable door-bell ring you can imagine, She missed all her senior year but at least made it to prom as my date. * I was in love with a British student @ St Thomas Univ. named Sara at the time (looked like a younger version of Schwartzman's teacher in "Rushmore". Doing the right thing can suck.
I went to prom with my girlfriend at the time (now my wife). I saved up Fall/Spring and bought a $450 car so that we'd have a ride(we're talking 2005 here...the car barely ran). Since I didn't have many friends at our high school (had just moved there), and she was two years younger than me, we didn't ride with anyone, and just went in my car. We spent the pre-prom at her parents' house hanging out. Her parents took some pictures of us and off we were. Once we got there, the place sucked. It was about 900 degrees in there, and it was split amongst like five rooms. I think we stayed for like 40 minutes. So, we left, went to Wendy's, got a frosty, ate that, and then back to her parents' house, where we fell asleep to a movie. Yeah, we were lame. Prom was lame. It's so overrated for the non-partiers. Her prom, two years later, was a bit more fun. We actually went out to dinner and stuff. Since she had friends at school, we hung with them a bit, but we still didn't stay very long.
lol wtf? she tried to sneak out of the house through the window, and in the process fell and broke her back and missed a year of school?
that movie's about guys ****ing eachother, but she probably did break her back if I had to guess, that sounds like quite a fall
I think I had the worse prom ever. we all got wasted afterwards, she literally tried to rape me(which I had no complaints), then right before anything happened, she puked in my face... probably the most disappointing night of my life.
My girlfriend broke up with me about 6 weeks before prom, so I got desperate and asked a friend of mine who I knew had a crush on me. She ended up getting pissed off at me because I kept rejecting her advances. My best friend and I ended up swapping dates because he didn't want to dance and just sat next to the food all night. I was an idiot, and a bit of a jerk for giving off mixed signals like that. You live you learn, I guess. Our limo was pretty sweet though.
