Ridiculous. The Lin hate is far worse. Fans from other forums (real gm) come here to laugh about the Lin hate.

they call it the off season for a reason. I wouldn't rule it out.

I have faith in our team. They know they didn't play well, they'll be better in the next game.

I'd seriously consider start TRob in place of GregSmith, who is a much smarter defender overall, now seeing how lost Smith is on offense. The latter issue is however the problem of McHale's great Read and React, i.e., random ball, offense, which requires way too high of on court smart on the player's part.

Jeremy's bff Ryan. I consider him as being in Jeremy's inner circle.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>Jeremy has a bad game n all of a sudden people turning on him. When he starts putting up numbers again, ya'll better stay off the bandwagon</p>&mdash; Ryan Higa (@TheRealRyanHiga) <a href="https://twitter.com/TheRealRyanHiga/status/326187211483664384">April 22, 2013</a></blockquote>

It was reported that Chandler and James have bash tweets but not as bad as Jeremy.

    Joe Lin (younger brother) tweet.

    <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>Just a feel out game today..no worries onto game 2 now</p>&mdash; Joseph Lin (@Joelinsta) <a href="https://twitter.com/Joelinsta/status/326188451093413888">April 22, 2013</a></blockquote>

Lin was the weakest link tonight.

i'll give him the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to inexperience.

If anything, maybe we should allow Harden to bring the ball up the court so Lin won't make rookie decisions.

Jeremy deserves the criticism, but there's a difference between someone who criticizes and someone who just wants to hate.

No he wasn't Greg was. He did absolutely nothing on the defensive end & was awful offensively. His scoring in the post has gone down hill from when he started, (increased scouting most likely). Like Greg was literally LOST out there. Lin Parsons Asik Harden were all tied for awfulness. Harden's D was non existent, I think I saw him make one good defensive play but not helping in transition defense just leaving guys out to dry. Parsons had 0 assits & was trying to create shots for himself off the dribble when all season he has been ineffective at that. Lin, not taking advantages of mismatches, awful passes etc.

No, they are not cousins. They are good friends from his GSW days and have remained close friends.

the game went to crap after Parsons picked up a ticky tac foul in the 2nd quarter and Delfino had to defend Durant. Durant then impacted the game and the Rockets never recovered after that.

TJones starting and D-Mo guarding Collison should be perfect for the team. Collison has no offense, and D-Mo could bring more offense for us. Also TJones better defender and great rebounder.

Aniway better story than Greg Smith playing. Slow, can't handle the ball, 3 rebs in 17 minutes...as much as turnovers

Seriously, if he performed well in his FIRST PLAYOFF GAME EVER, then he already reached his potential. Look at all the Stars and see how they do in their first Playoff Game. #Hatersgonnahate

Ryan is Japanese American from Hawaii. Another YouTuber Kevjumba is Taiwanese American living in Houston I think.

Man even Collison was getting easy layups against our bench late in the game.

Unfortunately none of our PF's are starting material. So not exactly Smith's fault... no one expected him to start by the playoffs anyway. However our bigs need to toughen up and start fights.

This game reminds me of the Game 1 @ Portland in 2009. Portland stunk so bad that night as we beat their asses down. Hopefully like Portland that year, we can show some fight in us and win a couple of games and stay competitive throughout.

Greg definitely played poorly too but I agreed that Lin was the weakest link today. Lin was supposed to be one of our top 3 scoring options. In regular season when he struggled offensively, he was at least able to contribute in other ways, i.e. via assists to get his teammates going. He did neither today, did little to stop RWB (or even Derek Fisher!!!), and had a few costly TOs.

I know it's just one game, and have no doubt Lin will learn from it and get better, but let's call it what it is. No excuses. When your starting PG has a bad game, he's likely the weakest link.

Fair enough. PG is the most important position on the floor & can't be having your PG make poor decisions. I guess I can agree with that. You have a fair point.
