That's got to be a mistake. He only played 17 minutes.

a lot of our guys had this as their first playoff experience.

relax, once theyre more comfortable, the losses wont be as bad.

lin shot 0-4 from 3 pt line, after that just lost all confidence. it was an extremely hostile environment too. parsons also had a bad 1st qtr and so on

let them learn from this and be more comfortable in the next game. it was nerves right from the start. good learning experience! they will improve

People gave Lin fans crap for overestimating lin on a small sample of games. yet, after one playoff game.....his first i might add.....against the number one team in the west....with pretty much everyone else playing like crap too....say he should leave the nba or be traded.

Jokes are supposed to be funny. I stand by my racism comment. You thought it was funny cause you're at least a little bit racist.

Oh, Asik played like garbage. The guy can't even catch the ball without fumbling it away. In fact, I don't get why he gets the ball on offense at all.

But Asik gets as much as he gets to rebound and defend the paint. His role expanding to more than what it should be is none more his fault than the coaching staffs. You never saw Ben Wallace get this many looks down low in Detroit, because the staff doesn't over-extend it's players.

But Lin, like Asik also played like garbage. Except Lin is 24, the team expects a lot more from him.

People can make excuses all they want. But Lin has the talent and skill to be the #2 guy on a playoff team. He's not playing like garbage because he's being asked to do something he clearly can't do like Asik (as pathetic as Asik's lack of hands are) or Parsons (shoot way more than he should). The team needs Lin to run the offense, push the pace, take care of the ball, and be aggressive.

Asik averages 10 and 10 in the series (good numbers for him), the Rockets still lose. If Lin averages 18 and 9 however? Now we're looking at a real series.

He's playing so, so scared. He should see Russell Westbrook as an opportunity to shut all the doubters up. A 24 year old Parker would have seen it that way. Instead, Lin looks like he wants nothing to do with the ball. He's passing to nowhere. He's dribbling and getting rid of the ball asap to Asik.

Lin will always be scrutinized, some people thought Linsanity was a fluke, basically they want to see him fail which gives the LOHs opportunity to trash him.

And Phoenix and going 2-6 to close out the season. I AM a Rockets fan..was there for the game 7 win against the Knicks (fantastic). But the truth be told, we choked last year when it took literally GIVING away getting into the playoffs and if not for a miracle O'Neal mistake almost duplicated the feat this year. May be time for a change at the top. Also, Morey needs to ship out TRob, DMO, and Smith. Maybe we could package them and get one decent player.

I agree with every word you said, but Rockets has bigger plan for Lin unless he continue to suck.

A team heavily relies on 3-pt shooting. What do you expect when 3-pointers do not work?

I recall somebody said 3-pointers are the most effective ...

LOL, they are playing against their bench and still down over 30 points. You are such a fool, if they were to play against their starter line up it would be the same outcome. Obvisously you didn't watch the game?

I'm pretty sure, that unless we play the Bucks in the NBA finals, that we'll get met with a hostile environment to start every series.

HCA for the other team shouldn't be an excuse.

Lin's TOs are worse than the other player's TO's because they lead to definite baskets for the other team.

Lin is a better player now than he's in NYC. The only difference is he's not playing with his heart, Only LOH can't tell.

We didn't have to playthe OKC, but we LOST two important games and tanked from number 6 to number 8! Remember this!

We lose to a superior team and Lin gets owned by Westbrook.

Are these things really shocking? We're the underdogs. We're lucky to win a couple or even ONE game.

This is by design...too much Harden as the PG to start the game.
