no need to feel bad, rockets just joining the club. All road teams today got smoked.

 

Rockets had no idea what they were in for. now they have a taste I know they will come out better on Wednesday.

Honestly, isn't this what the team gets/deserves for dropping that last Lakers game?

 

Dude, who else played awful ? Almost Everyone. Rockets shot 36% and 23% from 3 ... for a team that relies solely on the 3-ball.

We also gave up 53.7% shooting by the Thunder. You saying all of that can be blamed on 1 guy. The ENTIRE TEAM got outclassed tonight. Serge Ibaka had his way with Greg Smith. Durant was unstoppable in the 2nd half.

Dude, it's just 1 game.

 

Durant..."pack the paint and get after their shooters"...and therein lies the problem. We have ZERO inside game and rely totally on a 3 pt. game. And that's a prescription for disaster.

Good thing about that game was I don't think it's possible to play any worse.

Lets see if McHale will make the proper adjustments to at least make it a competitive series.

i dunno why there's a lottta rockets fans expecting to win this series. you dont expect the bucks, celtics, lakers, or hawks to pull an upset, by why do you think the rockets will? especially against a team with two superstars, where one of them is the 2nd best player in the league?

just be happy the rokets finally made the playoffs after 3 seasons. in a year with a completely new roster. and we got our own superstar in the making with a few good pieces. all this, with mcfail as the coach.

Kinda expected something like this tbh... not too worried unless the next two games are like this as well. If they can show improvement throughout the series I wont even really mind a sweep or smthing lol.

 

He destroys teams that don't show hard on the pick and roll. We have seen that over and over.
