Look totally meh. Look like another disaster from the second one. Seriously Robert DJ turn Tony Stark into a joke so I can't never take the seriousness tone of this movie seriously.

Hopefully it'll be better than the second. I like character development and all that but for these types of movies you gots ta have lotsa action, and the second movie didn't deliver.

I think they'll take a cue from "The Avengers" and make sure this is taken care of.

I do hope they sneak in a surprise visit from Hulk or whatever but we'll see. I was a little disappointed when Rhodes didn't show up in "Avengers". Would've been cool if he showed up to join the fight at the end:

    Thor: "Who's that?"
Tony Stark: "I thought we might need some help, so I called for some black-up. Whoo-HOO!"

Don't think so.... the author of that piece (Shaun Munro) apparently screened the movie and that is where those spoilers came from...

He also wrote this little rant piece on one of the particular points he took issue with:

Spoilered the link do to some of "spoilerish" phrasing used in the link:

If what is said is true, its a total rip-off of Batman Begins mixed with TDKR

Reading the spoiler, I'm reminded of Bobcat Goldthwaite wanting to yell in the theater while watching the 1997 re-release of Star Wars (the audience was shouting "fake!" at the digital Jabba), "Have any of you nerds ever SEEN a vagina? Yeah, Jabba's fake. He's not real, like Chewbacca."

Hell, I was the world's biggest comic book fan back in the day. And I could give a #### about the points he brings up.

So you can't take a comic book superhero movie seriously? Hmm...

This was supposed to be one of the big movies this Summer along with that new Fast Five movie and Jobs. I guess Jobs may be worth seeing.

What else is there to look forward to?

    1) It doesn't come out until Friday. Sure, some people may have seen an advanced screening, but most probably haven't.

    2) It currently has an 87% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. 67 positive, 10 negative.

#1 sign that the movie was very good: wife managed to stay awake during the entire thing.
Definitely better than Iron Man 2; wife liked it best in the series. I still like the original a lot, but this one was great.
