It should be interesting to watch if the emergence of TJones stifles Collison at all. His offensive rebounding over Morris killed us earlier in the season.

I'd almost rather start TJones to put on Ibaka, and reserve Smith to bang down low with the 2nd unit, but either way I think these 2 guys are key for us.

The Rockets are going to be humbled by the Thunder, and that can be a good thing. I want the Rockets to work hard in the offseason and come back stronger next year. The players need to know that they need to improve a lot to compete with the best in the league.

Asik,Jones,Parsons,Harden and Lin should start. Smith,Delfino,Anderson, Garcia, Beverley, and Brooks should be the reserves.

McHale will need to be creative with his substitutions. We have to have the best possible combination of starters/bench out there, all the time. We can't have Harden out there for 48 minutes. Moving the ball around, defense and rebounding will be the key for an upset win.

As long as we play hard and compete I'll be happy. If we give up by game 3 or 4, I will be very disappointed.

Play hard and decent substitutions, houston might be able to do some damage.

OKC probably realizes by now that Perkins is a liability in most series (unless the opposing team has a high-level post threat at C), so I doubt he plays much more than 20 mpg.

The problem is whether that'll make Asik an awkward fit in this series. Without him, Westbrook and Durant will have a field day getting to the rim.

When I read what Mchale said in an article about the series against OKC,

“To beat this team, they’re going to have to move the ball,”

I initially felt a bit angry then started to just have a laugh after I calmed myself down.

I am wondering who is the one set up game plan(s) for the 82 games of this season? (I watched 80-81 out of the 82 games) Who gave out instructions to the players and who rotated the players on the court? Who drew up plays for last possessions of each game? you can go on and on. Simply say it, if your game plan(s), plays and rotations are designed to have ball movement all the times but your players can't execute them right, then it is probably not your fault. Otherwise you should think twice why before you say it.

In theory, both the Rockets and OKC have equally chances winning the series.
In reality, it will likely be a sweep. Perhaps the Rockets can still steal a game.
If we tried to be optimistic, the Rockets could still win the series but highly unlikely. Never say never.

I admire mcfail for having the balls to go with delfino at gasol and other 4s...theres no element of genius without there being some madness to it...
the most genius men always had their share of absurd mistakes and most efficient solutions are sometimes counterintuitive...

At least Lin or Harden should always be on the floor. We need offense and playmaking all 48 minutes

110-106 Upset Win by Rockets ;) Harden will drop 32 pts & 8 asst, Jlin 27 pts with 10 asst, Parson with 22 pts and crucial 3 pt shot in the 4th (107) to close 110 pts win for the Rox. Ban me if I'm wrong for 1 day

The playoffs are going to do so much for Jeremy Lin, Chandler Parsons, Greg Smith, Terrance Jones and Patrick Beverley. First year players, Lin's first full season as a starter and Parsons second year. Already get the playoff experience this does so much for their careers. Even Thomas Robinson and Motiejunas though they may not play that much.
