thats not how our justice system works. There are people that have murdered killed and raped many children in jail. There are many scumbags that we would be better off just killing and that our tax dollars continue to support. Do you think we should just line them up and kill them one by one?

 

Is anyone worried about MAYBE a lawyer finding a way around this "Not reading him his miranda rights" thing? Just seems ****ed up not to do in the first place. I don't get it, it's part of our judicial process to keep things from turning to **** over a technicality.

 

If it's to figure out why they did this and who else is responsible to prevent future threats, then it's worth it.

Its really ironic you bring this up because I was just thinking about this.

On this episode of Dexter (not sure how credible this is) this guy raped and killed this girl which was obvious. The officers involved didn't read him his miranda rights and he was free to walk. This obviously worked well for Dex since he was able to take him out on his own..

maybe a Dexter out there can help?

Guys, this is no time to argue. Just be happy they found the guy that selfishly killed and injured many. What they do with him is up to them and out of our hands. I'm just glad they caught the guy, and hopefully justice will be served.

That being said, it still doesn't take away from all the tragedies of that day. No matter how badly they torture him will it bring back the people affected.
