I have nothing against America at all, in fact I quite like the Americans here in Australia. The problem I have with what a large number of you are saying is to torture him... (which is probably going to happen anyway) Will torturing the guy who did all this make his family happy? It will just continue the cycle. I'm not saying free the guy as this is a pretty delicate issue. I'm saying you still need to think rationally before saying 'OMG I HOPE THEY TORTURE HIM GET ANSWERS AND THEN KILL HIM! If hes a citizen i am totally not effing cool with him not getting his miranda rights. Protocols are put in place for a frigging reason.
