    sorry...but that isnt the kind of person your dealing with...he has to pull a trigger...these are young idiots that wanted to cause injury and death...but they arent really that smart...

    I would have thought you'd have to be somewhat precise with the dosage and that could be exacerbated by the blood loss. Not in any way a medical professional so maybe I'm off on that assumption.

    our robots can remotely disarm bombs. I'm sure having them right next to the boat for close visual or something to make sure he doesn't have a suicide vest would be easy.

    If he doesn't then we can probe it further to double check by some sort of stimulus to see if he tries to take others with him, a sort of false alarm for to think people are coming in.

    if it doesn't detonate we can move in...
