    So they can't use robotic devices to get closer and get close insight without putting themselves in danger?

    Thats dumb considering we don't even have to sacrifice a dog in our day and age. That would be a stupid risk. With all the technology we have nowadays there is some relaly inefficient work being done.

    You set up a perimeter and use devices for visual. Its kind of like poking the dead with a stick to see if he is alive. Its one guy that is likely incapacitated not sure why we can't send a robot in there.
