    if they're convinced he has a suicide vest and can't take him in alive. Shoot him.

    If they plan on taking him alive not sure why they haven't tried with some sort of robotic device.

    Its holding the city of boston hostage, they need to be decisive

    thats what I mean, if they're going to try and kill him then do it ffs. There are a million ways of doing so.

    Not sure why they haven't used a probe yet.

    Its clear he isn't going to come out on his own. if they want to make sure he doesn't have a suicide vest use a probe and if he doesn't detonate from seeing activity moving in closer to the boat it is likely safe...

    tbh a lot of it has to do with the fact it would be more beneficial to keep him alive for intel. Then torture him for info afterwards. We have been doing it in gitmo for a while...
