    don't agree. I think they have done a very good job. Imagine how hard it is to catch someone wearing a hood who drops a bomb in a trash can. Impossible to prevent and very difficult to catch.

    It's not like the task force has any reason to hurry. He has no hostage and isn't going anywhere.
