[NEWS] Explosions near Boston Marathon Finish Line (UPDATE: MIT/Watertown shootout w/ suspects)

Reddit is reporting they are the target of a 'malicious DDoS' at the moment.

 

From the point of the investigators and law enforcement, that is a really stupid and dangerous assumption to make that could cost many other people their lives. From the point of someone sitting on their ass posting on a BBS, it's harmless. I am not speaking towards the 2nd scenario.

 

Watching CNN earlier, they had a friend of Dzhokhar talking about him. He described a pretty normal kid. He said that up until a year or so ago, he was part of his circle of friends and that he would party and drink.

You'll see that Dzhokhar was a pretty accomplished teen, recognized for Wrestling at his high school and given a scholarship from the city of Cambridge.


IMHO, the older brother self radicalized ("I don't understand Americans") and turned his brother.

It's okay if they assume. They still have to do their job and investigate. If they acted on their assumption and didn't investigate then that would be a problem.

 

I was going back and forth but both coverage on fox and CNN seems lacking..

Name of MIT police offer that was killed is Sean Collier, a 26 year old male.

It appears that he was shot in his car after calling in the tip that alerted the police to the location of the boys.
