Get some unity going, That Bruins game, wow!!! That was electrifying, anybody down to do it? I know it's tough to get Toyota Center Attendee to participate but since it's playoffs, we can all join in!!

Sure. No problem. I would. But...

Are you telling me you don't ALREADY sing during a national anthem?

F#)$(*, I'm MEXICAN and I sing it loudly all the time.

I know many peeps won't sing because they're off-beat with people who now try to make their own version with their longer singing, etc. ('Bleeding Gums' guy from the Simpsons at the Isotopes game)

He is saying for the whole stadium to sing loud, all together rather than watch some 8yr old regional choir champion sing instead.

    Id be all for it

It would help if they described the singer on the microphone as "leading" the national anthem, rather than "performing" it.

Knowing Houston only half of the seats will be filled by the time the national anthem is even performed. So no it won't work.

It wouldnt be the same at the toyota center. That Bruins game national anthem came off as genuine, real, unrehearsed.

It would never work here because half the crowd doesn't get to their seats till mid first quarter so they can be seen making a grand entrance.

Can't even get Toyota Center to be filled or loud during the game, what makes you think they will care to sing?

Most you will get out of the Rockets fans. Not happy they have to give even a courtesy clap.

Usually everybody cheers during the "rockets red glare" part. I would expect simply a bit more cheers with that. Nada more.
