    Uncle that lives in Maryland says they have been here since 2000 or so. Parents live in Russia now.

    Younger bro described as nice and quiet. Older brother descibed as a loser.

    apparently they know where the living brother still is and have two other people from the brother's home in custody.

    That's what the news is saying but I like to wait to make sure the facts coming out are accurate because there's often faulty reporting as things are happening.
