    This is so nuts... a guy on the ground with cops surrounding him, guns drawn. Anxious to know if this is linked to the Marathon Bombings.

    WCVB reporter thinks the one they have in custody could possibly be "Suspect 1" of the Marathon Bombings. Not an official link yet. The individual had to remove his clothing completely and was then taken into custody.

    the suspect had to strip off all his clothing -- was put into the police vehicle fully undressed

    described by CNN as a dark skinned individual

    MIT and Harvard are only a mile to mile and 1/2 from the Boston Marathon Bombing.

    Watertown is a couple of miles down from MIT and Harvard.
