That was 8-1, last I checked. Only 4th best in the West.

I have $1000 on that. woohoo. My consolation prize for the Rockets not facing them is I won't have to root against my money.

 

All I know is I'm gonna be in Vegas during the heart of the playoffs and I'm betting on every game. I have a better chance of winning some dough on NBA compared to playing anything else.

Hedge my bet? The whole point is that I'm betting against the thunder by taking 8 to 1 odds. What's the point of hedging the bet, because maybe someone beats Denver so I should take OKC's sh!tty odds at say 200 just in case

 

more like if denver advances to finals then you hedge with heat for a bit to guaranteed profit

 

I go to Vegas quite a bit and like to bet on NBA games. But the trick is the point spread and it's amazing the swings these teams go through. I lost betting on the Rockets last month when they had to win by 8.5 and led by 20 in the third. Ended up coming down to Harden at the end of the game having to shoot two free throws (meaningless to him) and he missed one and lost the bet for me. Frustrating...
