    Unless there is video of them placing the bags down I wouldn't be too confident. There were a lot of people with backpacks like that as can be seen the reddit photos.

    You really can't tell what the background of the first guy is.
    He could be white, but my best best guess says he looks Hispanic or Middle Eastern, and between the two, I am leaning towards Middle Eastern.

    The second guy is definitely white.

    Both backpacks look like they're expanded enough to carry a pressure cooker, which is not a small item. Some of the earlier photos in this thread were not even close in that regard.

    To me they both look hispanic. First one dark skinned and the other a light skinned one.

    yep

    however, remember Spain was occupied by the Moors (Muslims) for 700+ years, and Spanish and North Africans look a lot alike

    My guess is that they're both Middle Eastern based on the photo, but I'd need a better look to be sure

    The FBI guy at the press conference said they saw suspect 2 leaving the bag at the site. However, the video doesnt show that. The only thing video shows is that they are both walking with backpacks on.

    Also, they said that these guy are armed and dangerous. I am wondering how they came to that conclusion?
