If you can't see that somebody with a ridiculous beard and Mohawk is not crying out for attention then I'm sorry. Is there something you would lime to share with the board. I'm not the one who said he looks better or worse with the beard.

Honestly, its hard to root for him the way he played the last couple games. He needs to improve as a leader and with his defensive-effort, going forward. I really don't like the body language I've been seeing lately from him.

The guy is only 23. Sometimes we fail to realize how young our team TRULY is...Sure Harden got upset at his teammates and berated them when he was wrong but what superstar hasnt?

Its gonna take some time for him to grow cause i mean this is his first year as the man and growing pains happen. Harden and the rest of the team will be fine and we'll end up loving the guy even more in due time

If you want to talk about attention, then what about him having no visible tattoos on his body like most of the association?

    no they do not.

    not even close.

yes they get hated on but its not about their game. lebron gets hated on because of the whole cleveland situation, the arrogant pre championship celebration and being a champion. durant i dont see a lot of unusual hate for him, kobe yes a ball hog but its because he's a winner, rape, and the sole fact that he plays for the lakers.

there is overwhelming respect for their games. Its more appreciated than hated.

With harden its more hate than appreciation when it comes to his game. All you have to do is go to other teams game threads, espn, comments section and you will know this.

"gang signs everytime he hits a three"? I normally see threes or H's after he hits threes. I really doubt you would know a gang sign if you saw one.

Not sure where you are going.

There is universal hate for Kobe. I mean really...you don't even have to look for that. The only places he gets respect and admiration is in LA and from his peers which I guess is the only place it matters.

There are plenty of Lebron haters too so I'm not sure where you are going. Especially after the decision...and people were rooting against him all last year. Dude did some MAJOR flopping in the playoffs (Knicks series) too

So you used to live in club creek and spice lane, yet still are mistaking his threes and H's for gang signs? Maybe you should have paid more attention when you lived there.

Just because harden is not into tattoos does not mean that he is not crying out for attention.

No people hate on Kobe's game. Just look in the NBA section of these forums. Look for Clippy....

Also here is what Lebron James thinks of James Harden.

Just because Harden isn't into flat-tops and being clean shaven doesn't mean that he is crying out for attention. Pretty sure his overall play this year has warranted quite a bit of it.

if there's one thing i hate more than flopping its shameless homerism. Something that is going on hard in this thread.

Flopping is universally hated in the entire nba legion of fandom and Harden is the grandmaster of flops.

You guys can pretend he isnt, but that doesnt make it true.

Harden is universally hated for his excessive flopping and it is brought up more often than his skills as a basketball player.

Really. Having tattoos in the NBA doesn't get any attention. How many players in the NBA have a beard like hardens? How many have mohawks? I guess harden just likes the style and he's not using it as some sort of marketing gimmick.
