    Is it possible she's bluffing? She could be trying to get drafted by an NBA team. Being into women and not men allows her to be in the same locker room as men (in her own private space) without having to rebuild all the arenas to be accommodating to female NBA players.

    If the Rockets draft her, she will be buds with Lin and Parsons.

    If you're actually serious, why would she want the type of Te'o-esque level of coverage and vitriole after the truth would come out?

    Also, the LGBT community are probably the most vocal and powerful activists in America and would absolutely destroy her life if she were affiliating with them just to advance her career.
