Also i think aaron brooks signing was bad. I was hoping atleast a veteran ala kidd or billups to teach this guys to how to win. Heck, even our oldest guy carlos hasn't been a huge contributor to a playoff team.

Most people had the team pegged for wins in the low 30's. How is that not exceeding expectations? Prominent members of the media such as Bill Simmons and Zach Lowe have admitted that they underestimated the Rockets. Posters left and right have admitted the same thing.

Houston has cap space for a second max player. They still have tons of assets. They made the playoffs in a brutal Western Conference when nobody expected them to. This is not mediocre.

Jesus, isn't there some way to keep hormonal 13 year olds from posting on the forum? Can't you people think?

But face the fact that we are a playoff team so thats a big improvement. i'll defend Morey here, atleast his doing his job. Unlike teams like the kings, bobcats, wizards to name a few. Imagine the frustrations those fans have. A playoff team without ever rebuilding is thumbs up for Morey;)

My comments are limited by the fact that the sample size of games I have seen is infinitesimal due to the CSN situation, but from what I've seen, Harden is an outstanding player that has a propensity to become too much of the focus. This reminds me of the TMac situation. Harden is a better shooter than TMac was so it works better for him, but the dribbling the air out of the ball at three point line and stutter stepping to try and draw a foul before jacking up a bad shot drives me absolutely crazy.

I hate that offense, even if the shot goes in. I miss the Adleman offense. I thought Chris Finch was going to be running a motion offense still?

Harden please do not hold the ball for 20 seconds and pass the ball to Lin after to have him brick the shot. Team was playing in rhythm and with ball movement when Harden was out. I honestly believe we would've lost the Clippers game had Harden played like he is right now

This is one of the dumbest threads I've ever read. Harden has carried us this year. NOBODY played well yesterday. It was a playoff atmosphere at staples center, you think our young team can handle that right now? I sure as hell don't. We have no idea how to play on the road yet.

I laugh at all the posters who talked about the finals last year. Yeah he played badly WHEN THE BEST PERIMETER defender guarded him! And more importantly, DID ANYBODY WATCH THE CONFERENCE FINALS? They were in the finals because of what he did against the spurs. He dominated that entire series. You know who does that? Franchise guys.

Why is it so hard for people here to just give him a break he's given it all for us this year. Without him the West would've chewed up this team and spit them out all year long.

The old saying you don't know what you got till its gone. Some of you have no idea how lucky we are to have him on our team. Just chill

    1) He needs to start going for the bucket and not the foul

    2) His defense has slipped, thanks in no small part to his "I didn't get the call, therefore I'm going to pout under the basket while everyone else runs back"

Young player. These things will change.

Losing 4-0 to OKC may give Harden a lesson and let Les fire Mchale.

Harden has the Carmelo disease bad and it's killing his team. He either need to shot or pass. I would put an electric shock on is wrist that goes off if he holds the ball longer tha 3 seconds.

My knock on his game is when he holds onto the ball. he has got to snap out of that and pass it earlier. Lin is not Durant. I think Harden still thinks he is on Oklahoma city sometimes. disrupt **** early in the shot clock, not with ten seconds left.

I wish whenhe got the ball he would push the pace faster instead of grinding to a halt and letting the other team's defense set up. We are a run n gun team, not an iso team.

He is overrated as of now. He needs to stop iso ball or being a ball stopper. He also needs to play a whole lot of defense. Im still not sure if he will be a superstar. Definitely not one now. His weaknesses are all going to be exposed come Sunday.
