Un-freakin'-believable, a whole season has gone by and the best McHale can come up with during crucial times is, as always,
    [IMG]

Why does he even have that stupid drawing board anyway? I see him scribbling something on it during the huddle but we know it's not a play, ugh.

Obviously the turning point of the game was early 4th when McHale went small. For the life of me I still can't understand McHale's obsession with small lineup.

Why why why why why why why why?

Why would you put Delfino on Gasol who is one of the best center in the NBA?

I ****ing hate playing small ball!!!!

We always seems to lose close games and it's because of Harden ISO and McFail coaching. If you can't see that than you don't know basketball.

A bench player is different from a starter... Always ready to shoot...

But this situation has nothing to do with bench or starter... PB was on a roll driving to the basket and was playing great D. He was the spark plug... the energy that kept the guys going and also moving the ball on offense.

You don't take a guy out when he's on a roll like that.

I wouldn't call Blake owning Lin...the guy was 6/20 and played for 14 more minutes than Lin yet had 1 less assist. Not exactly great numbers to be proud of.

I am just stunned. We had that game going into the 4th. At what point during the 14-5 run do you say "hey we need to call a timeout?" Why go small ball against Howard and Gasol when our regular line-up was doing fine?

And all those ISO's?! I have never seen such poor play calling in my life. I mean to literally draw the same ineffective play-up over and over again.

I never would have taken Lin out at the end of the third when he and we were rolling. Just go for the god damn win there. And he compounded that error by subbing out Bev, who was playing well, just to have Lin stare at Harden on his ISO's.

There are a lot of people who like McHale, I want to hear what they think.

But Jesus Christ, that was just a complete and total meltdown.

We are going to get swept by the Thunder, Harden will shoot 5-20 every night and his reputation of being a choker in the playoffs will continue. I really hope I am wrong, but the playoffs will be ugly for us.

I'm not one to complain I hate when the Rockets lose but Damn ISO ball is so predictable with this team it's killing us and McHale calls the plays :(

The way we run iso is cringe worthy whether it's harden, parsons or lin.

when the heat run isos, it's crisp because you still have a lot of moving without the ball and wade/lebron are decisive in what to do with the ball. the way we run them, it's four guys watching the ball handler dribble and hold it for 19 seconds.

we basically run our isos houston style circa 2001.

In before..."do you guys think we tanked this game on purpose?"

    ahhh, bring on OKC!
