sometimes problems just take care of themselves on their own. mchale's 2 consecutive years of epic season ending breakdowns with 2 completely different rosters has sealed his release.
There's no point insulting the guy. It's just clear that there's been some sort of breakdown somewhere, whether it's the coach or the players or the communication in between. Because what the Rockets played in the last part of the game was not basketball.
Why does Mchale keep Jeremy Lin on the court as he is clearly as cold as ice after all those minutes of benching.
I caught a glimpse of McHale's playbook except it only had the cover, the back, and one page. http://i.imgur.com/HmUQfVh.jpg
I'm done with him. By far the worst rotations in the League. The choke job in the last two games was even worse than last seasons. Fuming.
I've been frustrated with McHale's sub patterns all year, but I really did think his offensive system was good enough that it made him an average overall coach. He finally permanently crossed the line for me tonight. One trick pony with no feel for the flow of the game. Team made the playoffs in spite of him, not because of him.
DUMB SMALL BALL STRATEGY The whole turning point of this game was the beginning minutes in the 4th Qtr. That changed the whole momentum
Now, I am 99% sure that you either work for Rockets or know McHale personally. There is no other ****ing explanation to defend tonight's decisions.
We lost this game because Harden shot us out of it, plain and simple as that. It doesn't help that Lin was garbage the 2nd half as well. Mchale can't control us making shots or not making shots.
